What we collect on this website

• Information you submit in our forms: name, company, email, phone, team size, revenue range and anything you write to us.
• Basic usage and advertising data, including pages visited and campaign tags (such as UTM parameters), collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule consultations and provide services you request.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Client data

When you become a client, Steads works inside your own accounts with the permissions you grant. Client data is used only to deliver services to that client, is not used to train models for anyone else, and is covered by your client agreement.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email, scheduling, payments and analytics), when required by law, or with your consent.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads lead to inquiries. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Meta ad preferences.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@stead.ai. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
